Iga Swiatek comfortably leads the way in the No 1 spot of the WTA prize money earners list for 2024, while Jasmine Paolini and Barbora Krejcikova both surged towards the top following Wimbledon.

Four-time Grand Slam champion Naomi Osaka has collected $599,461 this season, making her the 60th highest earner. 2021 US Open winner Emma Raducanu is 78th on the list, having collected $516,530 in prize money so far in 2024.

Players who competed at the 2024 Paris Olympics did not earn any WTA prize money to add to their totals.

Maria Sakkari was rewarded with $585,000 for her runner-up effort at the Indian Wells Open in March — her best result of the year to date.

The 28-year-old Greek was also a semi-finalist in Charleston, a quarter-finalist at the Miami Open, while she made the last 16 in Madrid and Rome.

9) Zheng Qinwen – $1,911,821
Zheng Qinwen collected a $1,166,963 payout for her impressive run to the final of the Australian Open in January.

The 21-year-old Chinese star has also reached the last eight at the Dubai Championships and the Italian Open in 2024.

8) Elise Mertens – $2,165,195 ($1,449,195 in doubles)
Elise Mertens has earned $1,449,195 for her huge success on the doubles court this year, while she has also picked up $716,000 in singles.

The Belgian partners Hsieh Su-Wei at most tournaments, and the pair have claimed titles at the Australian Open, Indian Wells and Birmingham this year. The duo also reached semi-finals at Wimbledon and the Madrid Open.

7) Danielle Collins – $2,225,473 ($19,515 in doubles)
Danielle Collins has been in outstanding form in recent months and won the biggest title of her career at the Miami Open in March — earning her $1,100,000.

The 30-year-old American, who will retire after this season, has also won the Charleston Open WTA 500 event, reached the semi-finals of the Italian Open, the quarter-finals of the Qatar Open and the last 16 of Wimbledon.

6) Coco Gauff – $2,903,054 ($472,860 in doubles)
World No 2 Coco Gauff started her 2024 season by winning the WTA 250 tournament in Auckland and she then reached the last four of the Australian Open, which earned her $669,735.
