Brittany Mahomes Says She Only Had One Week to Prepare for Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Shoot
Brittany Mahomes had to snap into action for her Sports Illustrated Swimsuit photoshoot.
In a Thursday, May 30 Instagram post, the 28-year-old NFL WAG and 2024 SI Rookie revealed that she only had one week’s notice before the skin-bearing tropical shoot in Belize.
“People have asked me a lot what I did in the gym to get ‘Swimsuit Ready,” she wrote in the caption of the post, which was a partnership with Owyn protein. “Fun fact – I shot for @si_swimsuit on literally a week’s notice ”
Luckily, the former soccer star keeps herself in tip-top shape all year long, so she didn’t sweat it to much.
“I always preach that staying consistent in the gym and fueling my body well is what helps me be the best version of myself year-round, not just during swimsuit season!” she continued in the caption.
Brittany also shared some of her go-to leg workouts that helped her tone up for the shoot, including single-leg deadlifts and banded hip thrusts.
